Unlike green stuff, Milliput can be safely sanded and filed after it hardens. This makes it ideal for sculpting large smooth surfaces, like those seen on body armour or shields. Milliput is remarkably good at holding its shape while you are working with it.
Is Milliput the same as Apoxie sculpt?
They’re both two part putties that you can use for things like gap filling and sculpting additional details that will get pretty darn hard once they’re dried. The biggest difference for me is the stiffness, ease of use, and water solubility.
What can I use instead of Milliput?

Green stuff sticks better, especially fresh, but is more rubbery and harder to smooth into tiny cracks or seams. Milliput doesn’t want to be made into very thin sheets or ropes, and takes a softer touch when sculpting because it doesn’t have much stiffness when uncured.
